说来很奇怪，自从搬了家我的bb就扩散的很厉害，脸上倒还好说，用普特彼+uvb很快就能下去，但是身体上扩散的实在太快了，而且大面积也没有办法用普特彼~，所以我决定，尝试一下脱色疗法。

目前所能了解到的资料有，monobenzylether of hydroquinone (monobenzone or Benoquin) 这种药美国有售，但是我打听到的消息是荷兰已经不让销售了，并且价格不菲~pass

第二种是氢醌，上网看了很多资料，对黄褐斑等都有不错的效果，我想既然对黄褐斑有效，应该对bb旁边的皮肤更有效，毕竟我们的黑色素细胞已经很脆弱了呀~，而且价格也不贵，可以diy制作乳霜。

我打算先从非暴露部位试验~如果效果不错，就用在胳膊和腿，至于脸部还没有打算漂白，因为怕把眉毛和睫毛漂了~如何过渡还是个问题，但是到跟前再慢慢研究吧~

这只是一个初步的想法，很多问题可能没想到，希望病友能帮我看看，指出不足，如果有经验的病友来讲讲注意事项就更好了~

p.s.我的工作是室内，我基本上可以保证整年不见阳光，这样可以避免黑色素缺失后皮肤容易受伤等问题；

白的太过分不自然我也考虑过，实在不行我到时候再用美黑霜，国外那种，不是很贵，可以坚持比较长的时间

并且那样涂完以后肤色也会非常漂亮，现在遮盖一块深一块浅的实在是太难了，如果要完美的遮盖，到了夏天我就要6

点起床弄到7点半~除非你不洗澡，太累了！！

用了一段时间氢醌脂~觉得效果不是很明显~~也可能我自己制膏的方法不对~皮肤吸收不了氢醌了吧

前两天遇到一个学医的朋友，听说我打算脱色，他说建议用MONOBENZONE CREAM 20%，

说这个才是真正脱色的东西，国外大约700左右100g~（据说啊，他也不是很清楚）

然后他告诉我这个东西原材料其实好买，但是制成膏体需要设备，恰好他那里有这方面的东西，可以帮我制一些先用，这两天就为这个事忙乎了~他给我一份MONOBENZONE CREAM 20%的说明书电子版~我发上来大家看看，我英文不太好，大概翻译一下，大家看看：

MONOBENZONE CREAM 20%- Instruction

USES: Monobenzone cream 20% is used to treat the loss of skin color (vitiligo). It works by permanently removing color from normal skin located around skin with vitiligo. Do not use this medication for other skin color conditions (e.g., freckling, age spots, etc.).

Monobenzone cream 20%用来治疗皮肤剩余色素（白癜风）他可以永久的消除白癜风周围皮肤的色素。不要用这个药物治疗皮肤的别的情况（比如雀斑，老年斑等）

HOW TO USE: This medication is for use on the skin only. Apply a thin layer of the medication two or three times daily to colored skin; or use as directed by your doctor. After using this medication, the skin will be permanently affected and sensitive to sunlight. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, wear protective clothing, or use sunscreens regularly when outdoors. It may take up to four months before the full benefit of this drug takes effect. Once the desired skin color is achieved, this medication is applied only as needed to maintain your new skin color (usually two times a week).

怎么用：这个药只能外用。在有颜色的皮肤上一天用2-3次，薄薄的一层；或者听从医生的指导。用药后，皮肤会完全受到影响并且对光敏感，要避免长时间的光照，穿保护性的衣服，或者在室外用防晒霜。可能要4个月时间才能完全达到效果。（四个月！！只要四个月我就没有烦恼了！这句是我自己加的啊~~）目标达到后，这个药可以用来保持你皮肤新长的颜色（一周两次即可）

SIDE EFFECTS: Dry skin, burning, irritation, redness, cracking or peeling of the skin may occur. If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor. Tell your doctor immediately if any of these serious side effects occur: rash, swelling, skin discoloration of areas not treated with this medication. If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

副作用：皮肤发干，发热，过敏，发红，可能对皮肤有伤害。如果上述副作用发生或严重，告诉你的医生。如果下面的副作用发生~立即告诉医生：疹子；肿块；没有抹药的部位皮肤变色。如果你发现了没有提到的副作用，联系医生或者药剂商

PRECAUTIONS: This medication is not recommended for use if you have the following medical conditions: freckles, increased skin color due to perfumes (berlock dermatitis), melasma of pregnancy, inflammation, skin cancer, age spots or "liver spots". Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: other skin conditions, allergies. This medication should be used only when clearly needed during pregnancy. Discuss the risks and benefits with your doctor. It is not known whether this drug passes into breast milk. Consult your doctor before breast-feeding.

DRUG INTERACTIONS: Tell your doctor of all prescription and nonprescription medication you may use, especially of: other skin products. Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.

OVERDOSE: If overdose is suspected, contact your local poison control center or emergency room immediately. This medicine may be harmful if swallowed.

NOTES: Do not share this medication with others.

MISSED DOSE: If you miss a dose, use it as soon as you remember. If it is near the time of the next dose, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule. Do not double the dose to catch up.

STORAGE: Store at room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 to 30 degrees C) away from light and heat. 保存在15-30度避热避光
